By accessing this site, consuming our System Directives, or purchasing The Confidential Infrastructure Playbook, you are entering into a binding operational agreement. We build high-ticket systems for the 1%. If you do not agree to the rules of engagement outlined below, exit the site immediately.

Your use of thedailyexecute.com constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service. These terms govern all interactions with our free intelligence briefings, paid digital assets, and high-ticket architectural consulting.

All content on this site is the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of Websness Designs, LLC. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The methodologies and frameworks inside The Confidential Infrastructure Playbook.
• The audio, visual, and textual likeness of our AI avatars and brand assets.
• Our custom Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies and ManyChat/Zapier logic flows.

The Mandate: You are granted a single-user license to consume our content and apply our frameworks to your own business. You are strictly prohibited from copying, scraping, reselling, or redistributing our playbooks, blueprints, or web-copy. Unauthorized distribution of our digital assets is a direct violation of this protocol and will result in immediate legal action and a permanent ban from our infrastructure.

Financial Directives & Refund Policy

We sell blueprints and build automated machines. Because digital assets cannot be “returned” once downloaded, our financial policies are absolute:

• Digital Products: All sales of digital blueprints, including the $37 Confidential Infrastructure Playbook, are final. There are no refunds, no exceptions.
• Done-For-You Architecture: Custom system builds by Websness Designs are governed by specific, individual client contracts.
• Payment Routing: All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback attempt for a delivered digital asset, your access to our ecosystem will be permanently revoked.

At The Daily Execute, we measure wealth in Time Detachment. We provide the exact automated revenue frameworks that we use internally. However, information without execution is just entertainment.

• We are architects; we are not your employees. We are not responsible for your lack of execution, poor work ethic, or failure to properly integrate the API webhooks as instructed.
• We are not liable for any account bans (e.g., Meta, Stripe, MailerLite) you may incur by mismanaging your own business operations or violating third-party platform terms.
• The Daily Execute and Websness Designs, LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential financial losses arising from the use of our educational materials or software recommendations.

System Access & Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our site, our MailerLite servers, and our digital products at any time, without notice, if we determine you are violating these Terms of Service, engaging in fraudulent activity, or operating in a manner detrimental to our brand.

Governing Law

These operational protocols are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
